"DNA Energy drink was created by a diverse group of individuals, including athletes and artists, with one common goal - develop the most effective and best tasting energy drink. With this in mind we designed our ingredients to tap into the body's seven energy sources to maximize performance and awareness. We like to think "outside the box" and embrace other that do the same."
The Look: DNA Sugar Free Citrus comes at us in a very simple looking can. This is not a bad thing in my view because sometimes the simpler cans stick out the most. On the front of the can we get a pretty cool looking logo for the company which is a yellow skull graphic over an orange star. Underneath that, the company name and mention of the drink being sugar free. On the reverse side we get the passage that I mentioned earlier as well as nutritional information.

Taste: This variety of DNA is labeled as a sugar free citrus. The best way I can describe the taste is imagine a diet sprite with Sunny Delight or something similar mixed in. The did the citrus here very well, you cannot even tell it is sugar free. There is a small amount of carbonation that compliments the drink nicely.

Does It Work: Powering this drink is 200mg of caffeine, 2000mg of taurine, 200% folate, 200% B12, and 200% B6. After consuming the drink the morning I was greeted with a very nice alertness with no jitters. There is a fairly solid buzz that I think is just slightly above your average energy drink. The kicked ended with no crash and lasted a bit over 3 hours.
