caffeinate it. Today I am taking on a new contender that is a powder you can add to anything. I have heard people using it for everything from mixing it in their favorite beverage to using it to cook with. Let the Fein review begin......
The Look: Fein comes in very slick little blue wrappers. The size of these surprised me, they are very small. There is not a lot of real estate on the package but they managed to put any information you could want on there. There are instructions for use, the company name, and a pretty cool slogan, "conquer the night, take on the day". Good job on the packaging here. My only complaint with these is that I had a hard time opening them sometimes.

Taste: I didn't try the powder directly, I have learned before that is never a good idea. I got the chance to try these in several different drinks. I tried mixing these with Gatorade, Sprite Zero, orange juice, apple juice, a Mike's Hard Lemonade, and even Mountain Dew. Every time I had the same results, the flavor remained unchanged in whatever I mixed it in. Once I figure out what food to mix them in, I plan on trying them out with some cooking. (I will update this post upon experimentation).

Does It Work: This stuff is powered by roughly 75mg of caffeine per package. You get 0 calories and 0 sugar, so whatever you add it to will also remain unchanged nutrition wise. Each time I tried Fein I had great results. If you require more caffeine than just the 75mg then add two of them. Each time I had a fantastic buzz from Fein that ended in no crash and lasted about 3 hours.

Overall Thoughts: Fein has impressed me. It is the first energy powder I have had that is made to mix with anything. The fact that you can even cook with it really opens up possibilities with this product. They have a pretty sweet deal on the Fein Site where you can try a 30 day supply (30 packs) for under 7 bucks. That is a hell of a deal and I recommend giving this product a try. If you don't want the full 30 packs you can also order them from my good friend over at King Of Caffeine individually. Give Fein a try and let me know in the comments section what you think of it.
