iShot. They make a caffeinated variety as well as a caffeine free version. Let's see if this slick looking shot from overseas can perform.
The Look: iShot went with a very nice and clean look on the package. Both flavors are done in an all black packaging with either red or purple added depending on the flavor. On the back there is some nutritional information as well as a passage about iShot. I think the packaging has a very nice and professional look to it.

Taste: Instead of going with the same flavor for both varieties they chose to use a different flavor for each.
Original: The taste of the original is very good. It has a a very sweet berry flavor with just a hint of caffeine aftertaste to it (very minimal). I was able to sip on the shot and found it pretty tasty.

Acai Berry(Decaff): I very much so enjoyed this flavor. It has a kind of grape meets acai flavor to it. I found myself wishing this shot was bigger so I could enjoy the flavor a bit longer. This was my favorite of the 2 flavors.

Does It Work: By looking at the ingredient list the only difference I can spot between the 2 is that the Original flavor contains 120 mg of caffeine. Both kinds have a few B vitamins, ginseng, and taurine. I have to say I got a pretty good pick me up from both varieties. I got a good 3-4 hour buzz from the Original version and right at the 3 hour mark from the decaff.

Overall Thoughts: I really enjoyed iShot. Shots are one of those things that if done right can be a very nice treat. You get a good flavor with both of these and you get a buzz that is easily on par with the leading shots. You can check them out for yourselves at the iShot Website.
